WOD Withdrawls

My "WOD" or "Workout of the Day" Tuesday morning at Crossfit Kailua put me down for most of the week. An excruciating combination of deadlifts and pull-ups with a rep scheme of 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 might look easy on paper....yeah I made that mistake too. Not only is my lower back incredibly sore (in the right way) but my hands look like something straight out of a meat grinder.
